Plesiomorphies of Priximicorns. (1) Fore wing [greatly modified – see Prosopistoma/f1=g2 (1)] retains furcations and triads of RS (in contrast to Prosopistoma/f2=g3). (2) Winged stages retain 3-segmented tarsi and ephemeropteroid claws (see Index of characters [2.2.85]). (3) In winged stages, paracercus vestigial (see Index of characters [2.3.22]). |
