COMMENT. The name Condylopodes Bronn 1850 is a wrong spelling of the name Condylopa Latreille 1825 (in French - Condylopes) and Condylopoda Newman 1835; if the spelling "Condylopodes" was for the first time used by Bronn 1850 (as it is assumed here), it should be regarded as a senior circumscriptional synonym of Euarthropoda s.str. (while the name Condylopa belongs to a non-accepted artificial taxon, which included all Euarthropoda except for Cirripedia).
