COMMENT. The names Dicellura and Uratochelia initially were given to a taxon, which included a family Iapygidae, but did not include Campodeidae; no one of representatives of Prodicellura was described at that time. After that, different authors differently concretized meaning of the name Dicellura. The name Dicellura s.l. (sensu Cook 1899 [ New Dicellura. – Proc. Entomol. Soc. Washington, 4: 222-229]) belongs to a taxon, which unites Dicellurata and Prodicellura; holophyly of this taxon is questionable. The name Dicellura s.str. (sensu Borner 1904) belongs to a taxon, which does not include Prodicellura; this taxon is holophyletic (Kluge 2000); the name Dicellurata Pages 1959 is a monosemantic name of this taxon.
