Autapomorphies of Habrophlebia/fg2.

(1) On each tergalius I–VII each of two branch [see Leptophlebia/fg1 (10)] is divided into several (3–10) long slender processes. Shape of tergalius is unique (while various processes are found in some other taxa).

Size. Fore wing length 4–9 mm.

Distribution. Holarctic.

The taxon Habrophlebia/fg2 is divided into:

1. plesiomorphon Hesperaphlebia

2. Habrophlebia/fg3
